Hello,
I am a student and would like to take a course in Umeå in spring 2006.
What is the cheapest means getting to Umeå from Östersund by train or by buss.if I am to travel to Umeå every week for studies and spending just a day or two for the course?.But SJ network seems not to go to Umeå

I am planning to visit sweden... my girls from there... and this times its settled that i visit her than her coming down...
I am just worried about the weather coz i keep hearing its FROZEN.. have seen the pictures.. which seem just out of this world... its not called the country of lakes for no reason.
HAs anyone here ever been there? How did you find the place and the people?
