If you are planning an independent trip to Italy this is a great resource for your advance planning, very useful to discover out-of-the-crowd places.

You have also a complete set of information on the regional foods of the Italian Regions, with recipes that you can re-create at home (or at least you can try).

Not to forget the wine, an indispensable complement to all Italian dinners.
